Swedish Massage is the style that comes to mind when most people think about massage.  It  is the most common and best-known form of bodywork performed today, otherwise known as the relaxation massage.

Prenatal Massage helps a pregnant women to relax tense, painful muscles and reduce stress and anxiety. Prenatal massage is performed while mother is resting on her side.
